What happens to a user who buys an item and then doesn't pay?
Good morning,
Sometimes I sell items, but I’m unable to complete the transaction because the buyer, despite their formal commitment, doesn’t finalize the purchase.
After waiting the standard four days, I cancel the order for non-payment.
I fear that unfortunately some people do this to “remove” one of my items from the platform when it has a competitive price, and then manage to sell the same item at a higher price.
What happens to buyers I report for non-payment?
If they repeat this behavior, does eBay take action against them?
Are sellers really protected from these people?

OP3 years agoI submitted your objections directly to eBay support (actually, I had already done it before, just to be sure of what I was going to post), and they found no irregularities, allowing me to keep selling without any problems.
I invite you not to keep replying to my messages, all the more so if they go off topic and keep insisting on the same subject.

OP2 years agoIf it's regular for eBay, why do you feel like a sheriff going around the forum giving warnings?
