What should I do
Good morning, maybe I didn’t phrase my request for help well.
The seller sent me the shipment number on 14/12/2023 (from Germany) and as of today I haven’t received anything.
From my search on poste.it it says it’s in transit. What can I do.

Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
Anyway, there is a help page specifically for these issues...
