What should I do if I haven’t received the package and the seller isn’t responding to me?
I had ordered a product on June 24, 2023; I thought the package was supposed to arrive on June 30, 2023, but it says it's still being prepared and there is no refund option, and the seller is not responding to messages; what should I do?

Mentore2 years agoBy now it’s too late for eBay support.
You need to turn to the payment method, by opening a dispute directly on eBay, or a chargeback with the help of your bank.
