What happened on eBay?
Good morning, a serious post that may help many, including the writer, how many of you have noticed a total change in ebay’s behavior and that of their staff since March 2026, where every issue from refunds to the inability to use partner sites entered by ebay such as packlink, where it was impossible to do any upload, careless responses, incompetence and inability to understand the problem despite the language used being Italian, the endless hold times on the phone where the line would suddenly drop, and then the message that it is now too late to call, 40 minutes before the service closes, the arbitrary decision to change the bank account used to receive proceeds as the source to be charged with unauthorized debits previously, so much so that you also end up with an unexpected, unplanned bank overdraft, and any problem raised or dispute is inexplicably closed against you despite providing clear proof. Bringing you to within one step of "bankruptcy". Am I the only user this has happened to, along with much else, or are you there but you don't want to write it because of fear or shame? I think even the "Argonauts" know that facebook, instagram, etc. are the places where deals are made, using ebay by now as a showcase and thus bypassing transactions on ebay and making payments outside the ebay platform? Too-high fees, excessive commission, because they, ebay, guarantee the security of the buyer and seller but from the comments I've read, that's not the case. What's behind it? Or will we have to wait for a whistleblowing action, where someone reports wrongdoing, fraud, or irregularities committed within the public or private entity where they work or have worked?
