What do I do if the buyer received the package broken?
Hello, I shipped the package intact and the next day it arrived torn apart and with the PS4 inside broken. Do you have any idea how I can at least find out which company had the shipment in its care?

Mentore3 years ago…… Also because they'll have something to say about the packaging. Ask the buyer if they took at least a few photos before opening it.

if you shipped it yourself... you should know what you shipped it with...
In any case, if you didn't insure the package and it wasn't received with reservation, all you can do is refund the buyer... before he asks you to.
Alternatively, if you did insure it and the buyer pointed out the problem to the delivery person, you will still have to refund him and then you will have to seek recourse against the carrier, providing them with all the information and documents they will ask you for the compensation... a very long process...
