What do I do if I haven’t received the item but it says it has been delivered?

Good morning, I bought an item on eBay two days ago but the app tells me that the item was delivered yesterday, the problem is that the item was not delivered to me; I don't know what to do I paid more than 400 euros for an item that never arrived. One thing that seems strange to me is that the product was shipped from Turkey to Italy in less than 12 hours with DHL express germany courier.
I had requested a return proposal but I closed it by mistake.
I would like to ask for help about what to do.

Mentore11 months agoIf the seller has proof of delivery certifying that it was delivered to your address, there is nothing you can do.
Ebay can no longer help you, try through the payment method, by opening a chargeback or a dispute on Paypal.
