Good morning, I bought an item on eBay two days ago but the app tells me that the item was delivered yesterday, the problem is that the item was not delivered to me; I don't know what to do I paid more than 400 euros for an item that never arrived. One thing that seems strange to me is that the product was shipped from Turkey to Italy in less than 12 hours with DHL express germany courier.I had requested a return proposal but I closed it by mistake.I would like to ask for help about what to do.
