What to do
The customer knew I would send it with Poste Italiane…without tracking. I had the post office check using my last name (sender) and it arrived, but I can’t prove it!any advice?

Mentore2 years agoIf you can't prove it and the buyer opens a claim against you, you're obliged to refund them... which is why using untracked shipments "again" is absolutely not advisable.
