Hello, I bought an IPhone XS camera from **** in theory it should be super reliable, after 3 months it broke, I requested the warranty and guess what? First he says there is no warranty, then he starts saying he doesn't receive my eBay messages, I call eBay, they themselves send him a report but the guy says he didn't receive it, he says he can't identify me from WhatsApp, when I sent him proof multiple times that it's me, including proof of purchase, obviously he's sending me away hoping I'll give up, how can I deal with someone like that?
