Hello everyone , I had a problem with this auto parts seller. Once I bought the item, the seller contacted me to arrange a refund for this item because they had run out of it. After accepting the refund, about ten days later two packages arrived at my house, and I didn’t know what one of them was. My father took both, and the courier told him that to collect the packages he had to pay the price of this item. In one box there was one component I knew was supposed to arrive, and in the other box there was this part that I had been told was out of stock. The fact is that I don’t like the extra part that arrived and I would like to return it, but I can’t talk to the sellers. They don’t respond to chat messages, calls, or emails. It’s been almost 2 weeks now that I’ve kept trying, but I don’t need this part. How do I get a refund for this item, since on eBay it has already been marked as refunded.
