I purchased with Poste Italiane shipping. According to the tracking, it was marked delivered 5 days ago but it never arrived. Poste Italiane told me that this type of shipment does not require a signature and that the mail carrier puts it in the mailbox, and that for this reason it cannot be refunded. My mailbox is made of masonry and can only be accessed from inside the house, and my house is detached. The seller tells me that it shows as delivered on his end and I have nothing. What should I do?
