Hi everyone. I bought an item. As soon as it arrived I noticed that some parts were missing and that the cable was bent so it couldn’t charge the item. I asked the seller for a return, he accepted.. but once the package arrived to him he wrote to me saying that some adhesive labels were missing (which I did not remove) and that the item doesn’t charge... that he wouldn’t give me a refund and that he would send me back the defective item .. but are we joking? What should I do? I can’t contact eBay
