What should I do if the item I bought is shipped from a non-European country different from the one indicated?
Item purchased as coming from Austria but instead it is shipped from Ukraine

Mentore1 year agoIf there are customs duties to pay, this is one of the very rare cases where you can refuse the package and ask for a refund.
The item was shipped abroad and is stuck at customs because the tariffs or duties have not been paid
