What to do if you can't close out a situation?
I placed an order BY MISTAKE for an item that, as I hadn't read it, was available exclusively for hand delivery. Since the seller is in Sicily and I am in Lazio, I am humanly unable to pick up the item. So I asked the seller several times to cancel the listing, without receiving any response from him. I also asked him maybe to arrange shipping, naturally covering the shipping cost, but I still received no reply. What will happen now? Asking is fair, replying is courtesy....

Mentore1 year agoIf you still need to pay, you will probably receive a reminder... if you have already paid, once the delivery date has passed, you can open a report:
