What should you do if an item bought and sold as original is actually counterfeit?
I bought a Sony controller for PS4 sold as such and received in a Sony box, but as soon as I start using it and after a few small adjustments I immediately notice that in reality the controller is a counterfeit.

a a Dualshock 4 V2 has a market value of around €60... having paid 33% less for it with shipping included from a private seller could have raised some doubts...
If, however, you have solid proof, you can open a return request for an item not as described, as long as more than 30 days have not passed since delivery:

Otherwise you will need to contact the payment method used.
