I purchased an item, the seller shipped it promptly, I receive an email from Poste Italiane saying the item was delivered, but when I got home there was no item. I go to the post office and they tell me the item was delivered to me at .. on ... by the SDA courier, and to contact the courier directly. On the courier’s website there isn’t any active phone number, and if necessary to contact Poste Italiane. at this point how do I solve the problem? the fact is that the only one who ended up losing out is me. best regards.

If the postal service shows it as delivered to you by SDA, it’s impossible to ask eBay for a refund.

The only thing left for you is to follow SDA’s advice (a company in the Poste Italiane group) ... if you need to contact Poste Italiane. So go to the post office and ask them for the phone number of SDA’s local branch.
