what can I do?
on May 9, 2022 at 16:56 I bought a 1:48 scale model airplane. The seller contacted me after a while saying that some pieces were missing from the box, asking me whether I wanted a refund or to wait for another shipment with a complete model box. I chose to wait. Now it’s January 18, 2023, I can no longer ask for a refund, more than a month has passed since the purchase, actually 8 months. I contacted the seller in the last few days, but from his side there has been complete silence. What can I do?

Mentore3 years agoIf you paid by card, try getting your bank to help you with a chargeback... otherwise, nothing!
