Hello, I made a pre-order purchase in September 2022, I contacted the seller to get a refund, their response was okay let's proceed with the refund.... Almost two months later I'm still waiting?? What should I do, thanks.

Mentore3 years agoSince eBay expressly forbids presales of more than 30 days (and so it wasn't possible to make this kind of purchase), there's nothing you can do on eBay.
For the same reason, I don't know if there's any possibility with the payment method you used (a PayPal dispute or a chargeback through the credit card issuer).
You can still report it for misappropriation.
