What happens if the seller doesn't send a return label?
I am returning an item because it is different from what was described in the listing, the return shipping costs are the seller’s responsibility.
What happens if the seller does not send a return label?
or does not offer reimbursement for the return shipping costs?

OP1 year agoCould you explain to me how? I followed your link
which leads to this procedure
but on the page that appears there is no option "Ask eBay to step in"
but only "Add tracking number" and "Contact the seller" (see photo1)

OP1 year agoAs I already wrote, for an item different from the description,
I would be entitled to a return at the seller's expense, but the seller has only
sent me the address for the return and doesn't want to hear anything else,
I repeat my question
What happens if the seller doesn't send a return label?
or doesn't offer reimbursement of the return shipping costs?
In the meantime time is passing to the full advantage of the defaulting seller,
while I go around in circles on the platform following instructions, like the suggested ones,
which aren't leading to anything,
