What happens if a seller doesn't respond to a order cancellation request?
Hello, I'm having some problems with a buyer, I ordered a ps5 and paid 400€, after a few days I see that it hasn't been shipped yet, just to be safe I decide to cancel the order, the request is sent but it's been two days and he still hasn't replied, so after a week I'm still without my money and the order still hasn't been shipped. Now I’m wondering, if this guy doesn’t reply but I want a refund, what should I do?

Mentore1 year agoIf the seller does not respond within 3 days while accepting your request, it means that he has rejected your cancellation request.
You have to wait for the delivery deadline that was specified in the listing.
