Shipping costs not respected, can you help me understand please?

I contacted support but I’m not convinced by the answer. Can you help me understand how the shipping costs for small items work?
So I posted several listings for electrical equipment using the app and selected LA POSTA as the shipper, with a cost ranging from 1.20 to 2.70 euros (also because how much space can some extension cables really take up?). Now when I go to print the delivery labels, I get crazy prices like 10–11 euros. How is that possible?

On eBay Shipping it's impossible to find such amounts.
Also, I would avoid shipping with Posta 4... untracked method, if they open a claim you will be forced to refund.

OP6 months agoa little mouse cable, I don't think it needs a bigger package? so you're telling me that the service offered on the app isn't the same as the other selling apps?

Mentore6 months agoPostal shipments on eBay are sold by Packlink.
Not all types of services are available; for example, the cheaper ones like posta 4 and posta 1 aren’t available.
For that kind of service, you need to go directly to the post office.
