higher shipping costs after having been paid
one of my buyers purchased an item.
He paid for it, but he is in a difficult-to-reach area and there are some additional shipping costs that are not insignificant, more than double what was charged.
How can I ask for an extra payment for these costs?

Mentore1 year agoYou can't do it through eBay.
You can try changing carriers; not all of them apply surcharges (postal service?).
Or try talking to the customer and see if they can meet you halfway.
If there's no way out of it, you can cancel the sale because of an address issue.
