Good evening everyone, I have a question to ask.
A couple of days ago I bought a pair of children's shoes (of a specific size and color) from a store here on eBay. At the time of purchase, the product was available. Today the same seller sent me a message saying they didn't have them in stock, and offered me the same model and size of shoes but in a different color. Since the model in that specific color was something my son had asked for, I requested a refund. The problem is that, having a 20% coupon offered by eBay, I used it for this purchase.
My question is:
At the time of the refund, would I lose that coupon or would it be possible to request it again from eBay since, in the end, it was not used? If I don't get the coupon back because it's lost, could I ask the seller to refund that as well, so the amount not paid?

for the first question you need to check the terms and conditions of the voucher, whether it allowed multiple uses... probably you used the SALDIGEN23 voucher, which allows TWO uses.
For the second question, no, because the voucher or discount is offered by eBay, not by the seller.
