Coupon entered and not redeemed at checkout

Good morning, I purchased an item for €55.74.

There was a €5 coupon on a purchase over €50.

At checkout it adds the coupon, but when I make the payment with PayPal, I find the full price paid,

Can someone give me an explanation and help me recover the coupon or report it?
