create a label to send to the buyer for the return
a buyer wants to return the product they purchased because it isn’t to their liking.
I’m trying to make a return label, but it keeps showing my old address (I recently had to change apartments: all my new details are on my account on eBay) instead of the one where I live now. how can I make it so the new address appears on the label? thanks to anyone who can help me.

Mentore2 years agoMaybe it's better to contact eBay customer support. They can verify the address and figure out the reason for the failed update.
