I think I received counterfeit items.
good evening,
I think I received counterfeit items, I’m having them checked. In fact, instead of coming from the seller, they arrived from China. How should I handle this? For now I’m pretending not to notice with the scammer, but I’ll have to take action to get a refund. Does anyone have any idea how I should proceed?

just "believing" is not enough... if you're sure the item is counterfeit, open a return request for an item not as described and specify the reason:

OP1 year agogood evening, and if I agree with the seller on a partial refund while being able to keep the items now, can I do that? After all, if both parties are satisfied, I don't see any problem.

Only the seller can offer it to you, or not.

OP1 year agoWe had already agreed with the seller, and they have already processed the refund while still leaving me the goods anyway. I just wanted to know whether any problems could come up; we’ve already discussed it and resolved it. Do you happen to know how long refunds take to come through? I think it’s between 3 and 5 business days, right?

Mentore1 year agoIt has already been taken care of, you need to wait for the technical processing times required by your bank and/or your credit card for the refund to be credited.
