Apple headphones purchased
I bought some Apple headphones in May, after 3 months one earbud stopped working, I’ve written to the seller several times, but he doesn’t even bother replying.
Besides the seller’s rude behavior, I can’t understand why eBay doesn’t step in.

OP2 years agoThanks for the reply, but not after six months — after three months one headset doesn’t work and I wrote to the supplier right away. What I don’t understand is their lack of reply 😡 .
I hope Ebay doesn’t include them among its suppliers.

Mentore2 years agoUnfortunately, it’s your responsibility to prove, after six months from purchase, that the headphones are defective...
It could simply be a breakage, improper use, which the warranty doesn’t cover.
