For a few days now, people have been shopping on my site and then not completing the payment.
Does this happen to others too? It’s usually buyers who haven’t made a purchase in a long time or who have made only a few purchases

Mentore3 years agoRequest immediate payment; the sale isn’t completed until payment is made, and in the meantime the listing remains active.

Mentore3 years agoIf they make an offer and then don’t pay, unfortunately there’s nothing left to do but cancel.
Lately, with the spread of the app, a lot of new buyers have come onto eBay who don’t understand what it means to commit to a purchase. They’re convinced that everything can just stay on standby and that all you have to do is leave without paying to back out of the purchase (see Amazon).
