DAC7 and sales taxation
Hello, could I ask you how all the sales made on eBay are declared, if it’s okay to put them in the May 730 and then stop, what happens after that? I stopped selling for good a week ago because with the dac7 it’s impossible to sell on eBay now, please no insults and don’t start accusing me, etc. thanks a lot.

you are a professional seller, so why are you talking about 730?
You need to file the Unico by September, and your accountant will take care of it with sales invoices, purchase invoices, etc...
Or are you the usual professional without a VAT number??

OP1 year agoI see that you and another user named Mario are eBay’s champions; I stopped selling a week ago and I’ll never sell on any platform again, because the little profit you can make gets eaten up by taxes, eBay VAT, Dac7, dac8 and dac9 that the European Union will put in place just because we’re basically bent over at 90 degrees for Europe. In a week I’ll permanently deactivate this account. I sincerely hope with all my heart that no one will ever sell anything on these Marketplaces again, because the taxes one pays are more than the earnings, but we all know that’s how it works in Italy.

Mentore1 year agoFirst of all, I'm no one’s champion... and second, I too stopped selling, because I agree with you, the competition on the internet for small sellers is unsustainable.
So, what would be the point of this conversation?
If you have a proper VAT number and you have correctly declared your sales, what are you afraid of?
