Damaged package return item
Hi, I received a package back as a return because it wasn’t picked up by the buyer, but unfortunately the package was damaged, broken, and the contents were wet with an oily liquid. I’ve contacted eBay support several times, but they act like they don’t understand? They were the ones who shipped it, so they’re responsible for the damage… can you tell me anything? Thanks, Paolo

Surely (as almost always in these cases) they'll blame you for insufficient packaging.
