Information needed for shipping
Brt is asking me for the recipient's email and phone number, this violates eBay's rules, the buyer isn't responding to my request and I can't ship, what should I do?

It would be useful instead to point out the part of eBay's rules where it says that asking the buyer for their phone number is prohibited... since you're so convinced of it...
