Gas-powered brush cutter
I tried to buy a brush cutter and I made the payment with a credit card, then I realized that the seller did not do shipping, and at the same time I requested a refund. As of today, 3 days have passed and I still have not received the refund from the seller, even though I sent messages requesting the refund for an incorrect purchase. What can I do? Thanks

Mentore1 year agoSince you couldn't have cancelled any order, you may have simply made a request.
The seller can reject it... if, on the other hand, you opened a return request because you changed your mind, you made a big mistake...

OP1 year agoI immediately asked the seller for a refund for the mistaken purchase, then after the 3rd day I asked you for help but without any result, and it doesn’t seem fair to me since the seller hadn’t even shipped the package. Now honestly this seems like a real scam to me, and since you should be the ones to solve the problem, it’s not right. I’m waiting for your help

This is a public forum, it’s not ebay support...
If you haven’t received the item, there was no point in opening a return request for wrong purchase!
ebay can’t fix the mistakes you make.
