Hidden defect and no response from the seller
After buying two additional car headlights, I found a defect in one of them, the diffuser has defects and lets through glaring beams… I wrote to the seller but he isn’t replying. How should I proceed given the hidden defect? thanks

OP2 years agoI can't make the return, maybe too much time has passed, but will the item have the warranty for a hidden defect?

Mentore2 years agoIf more than 30 days have passed since delivery, ebay can no longer help you.
You need to contact the payment method, dispute on Paypal within 180 days or chargeback with the help of your bank within 13 months.

Mentore2 years agoIf there are any defects not specified in the listing, ask for a return and refund through eBay's procedure:

The seller won't be able to refuse the return and the costs will be at their expense.
