Clarification on labels for a return
I would like to know what I should do for a return, that is, do I have to wait for the seller to send me the shipping labels or do I have to contact them directly or do I have to handle them myself

Mentore2 years agoIt depends on the reason for the return.
If you changed your mind, you have to take care of the purchase yourself... wherever you want.
For non-conformity, you need to ask the seller for it.

OP2 years agoit arrived damaged, unusable, so I’ll ask the seller to send me the return labels so I can send it back to them, thanks.
