Money from a sale that isn't being paid out to me

I sold an item normally, it was delivered and the buyer made no complaints about the sale, but eBay won't credit me the money, constantly asking me to verify my bank account even after sending me €0.01, and every time I update it takes 48 hours for the money to be credited; it's shocking. On the phone they asked me to send at least three months of bank statements, but do you think I have to show eBay my personal information to get the money from the sale?

Mentore6 months agoThe procedure for registering as a seller, and linking the checking account to the eBay account, had to be done before starting to sell.
