report it or keep calling the client
because of a delay not caused by me, but which I had told the lady about, she accepted the refund eBay gave her and took the package.
I appealed the decision on eBay, but mq ruled in the lady's favor even though I attached the email and tracking showing the package was received and the signature email.
now what do I do, it's still 70 euros, and since I'm a casual seller, I help my wife, this is important money for me.
it also happened with another package, but at least the person properly wrote to me about how to refund me

Mentore2 years agoIf the delay was excessive and you couldn’t respond to the dispute by showing tracking that indicated an imminent arrival, eBay forced the refund and will not help you get the item back.
This does not mean that the item was automatically left to the buyer; on the contrary, with the refund the item went back to being the seller’s property.
So via eBay messaging you let the buyer know that if he doesn’t pay for the item again, you intend to take it back and that you will send him a prepaid return label. If he doesn’t return it, you can report him for misappropriation.
