For some years now eBay has been in decline when it comes to protecting consumers’ rights: it’s a battle to manage to call, to chat, and on top of that there’s the mysterious fate of the accumulated points liquidated by eBay with the phrase: pending! The complaint, while the validity period remains in force, requires knowing the reason for this abuse! Honestly, it must be said that Amazon is excellent from every point of view… staff availability to solve any problem, replacements. Refunds, flexibility and courtesy..!!!! There are days when you can’t get in touch with anyone at eBay 😡🤮😡🤮😡🤮😡
