Hello,I recently sold an item in the Electronics category to a buyer in Ireland and I’m running into a problem creating the shipping label.I’ve already created the label twice through the eBay Shipping service, selecting Poste Italiane Crono Internazionale (the cheapest option). In both cases, however, the label automatically shows the contents description for the Customs Declaration as the category “Clothing,” even though both in the listing and during label creation it clearly states that it is Electronics.I’d like to understand how I can solve this problem. Can I proceed with the shipment anyway even if the description is incorrect? Also, since this is a shipment between two EU countries, no customs declaration should be required, right?
