Hi everyone, I’m about to buy an item but I need some modifications, so I contacted the seller through eBay chat and asked him for the changes. He agreed, he changed the price on the listing, but the changes aren’t on the listing
If I go ahead and buy the item, can I still return it and ask for a refund as not as described, or am I stuck with what I have?
