I contact a seller to get more information about the item, whether it was broken or not working perfectly, and I receive a discount offer. I رفض the offer and ask whether this means that the item (chandelier neBay number:393221630711) is damaged and only then do I get the reply "It broke right where the lamp socket is, which is why I’m selling it cheap, thanks" The conclusion is that the listing is misleading/inaccurate/fraudulent.
