I need to cancel a return label purchased on eBay Shipping
Hello, I purchased a return label on eBay returns management, but instead of Packlink generating the label, it was a different service offered to me by eBay called Parcel2go.com; I searched through all the pages on how to cancel this return label and I only get the page for deleting a Packlink shipment pickup, no way to go back into this linked site and activated from within the eBay returns system... It seems labyrinthine as a system. The buyer, despite the fact that I sent him the return label with instructions on how to make the return, says that he took the package to the Post Office and sent it on at his own expense. I would therefore like to cancel the label to recover this money wasted, at least, since it makes no sense to pay for shipping twice... not to mention that then I will have to refund the buyer for the purchase of the item and it doesn't seem fair that I should also have to pay for two shipments (outbound and return, even if the latter was not used due to carelessness in not even stopping to read what was written on the return label: wait two days and the assigned courier would have conveniently come to pick up the package at his home).

Mentore2 years agoThe return service is managed under agreement by Parcel2go and not by Packlink.
