I have to contact ebay.monclick
good morning, I bought a product from ebay monclik that I need to return; the problem is that I never received the order confirmation email, and therefore I was never able to start the return.
I wrote countless times to info.ebay@monclick.it, without ever, of course, getting a reply. I contacted monclick by phone and when they finally answered I understood that ebay@monclick had used an incorrect email address to send me my order confirmation, for this reason I never received anything ......but unfortunately the company monclick can do nothing, they told me that ebay@monclick is something separate from them
how can I contact someone from info.ebay ? I started the return request in time, I even sent 2 registered letters, they are the ones who don't answer....how can you contact these gentlemen
