I need to make a return, I try to type buy a label but it won't open
I started the return process and I'm being asked to purchase a label, but if I type it doesn't open, so is the return at the buyer's expense?

Mentore3 years agoReturn shipping costs are borne by the seller if the item does not conform.
They are borne by the buyer if it is a return due to change of mind
