Do I need to provide additional documentation for the closure of a dispute
hello
I need to provide further documentation via email to eBay for handling a dispute as a buyer for an item received damaged
eBay says they sent me the email to reply to, but among the emails from eBay in my email address there isn't one
I contacted them twice and both times they say they sent the email but there isn't one
can someone tell me how to send an email to eBay with the necessary documentation?

Mentore3 years agoHave you checked the spam folder on your email account?
If you didn't receive it, you can't reply by attaching the required documents...
