I have tried hundreds of times to go into any of my listings, and I have tried to make the changes I consider current, close everything, I go back to check but the old rates still appear, so I pay for the basic shop, but I can't use it, and if I sell any item, the fees paid by the buyer cause me losses. I have brought this problem up several times, I was contacted by someone in charge of phone calls, who had promised me that they would transfer my problem to the appropriate person. That did not happen, and I am still where I was at the beginning of my complaints. Now I ask whether it is right to pay the shop cost if it is unusable, and whether it is equally right that the buyer has significant advantages at my expense, paying shipping costs that are now no longer valid. The behavior that ebay continues to use toward me, I consider it a mockery, and unprofessional.
