Do I have to pay the return shipping costs for an item that didn’t arrive within the stated timeframe?
I should receive my order between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow from Germany, but I see that it still hasn’t shipped; in the meantime I contacted the seller to ask for a return with refund, but then I closed the request, because I still don’t know if and when it will arrive and, above all, whether I’ll have to pay for the return myself

Mentore1 year agoMore than anything else, how did you think you were going to return something that you say hasn't even shipped yet?
Now, as Sika told you, if something does arrive, you've wasted the chance to use eBay's procedures and return it with the seller covering the costs. You'll have to use the protections of your payment method, but the return shipping will be at your expense.

Mentore1 year agoIf you closed the request, you’ve burned it, so since you can’t open another one on eBay, you’ll have to contact PayPal, if you paid that way, and the return will be at your expense, whatever the reason.
