I need to get a pod coffee machine repaired, and it’s still under warranty. I tried contacting the seller, but they’re not responding. How can I prove the purchase for the warranty repair?

Only the community professional seller could issue a tax document at the time of the order, upon express request.

Now you can print the order placed on eBay, hoping it's okay for the service center... otherwise ask the seller... but if they don't reply...
