Hello,

if you didn't expressly request it from the EU professional seller at the time of purchase, you can no longer retrieve it.

So if I had to show a proof of purchase for the warranty, how
can I do it?

You can’t do anything... for online purchases, the fiscal document is not an obligation on the seller’s part, but it is the buyer’s obligation to request it.

So if you didn’t do it, it’ll be a reminder for next time.... because these are things you should know, or often you’ll also find it written in the terms of sale in each listing.

Or you can try contacting the seller to make the warranty claim.
