I need to return an item that doesn’t match the description, but I can’t find the shipping label.
hi, I bought an item that doesn’t conform or rather, to be precise, a generic one, even though none of that was mentioned in the description.
I opened a dispute with the seller, who in the meantime sent me the shipping label, but it can’t be found anywhere, as confirmed by eBay customer service
after 20 years of shopping, being a disabled person with a severe disability, I asked for the courier to come to my home to pick it up, but this business does not provide this service
can I appeal to eBay or report it to the consumer protection office?
what do you recommend?

Mentore2 years agoIf eBay has ruled in your favor on the non-conformity, the return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.
You say that he has already sent you the return label. If you can’t find it anywhere, you can ask the seller for help or, if the seller can’t help you, you can ask eBay to intervene ...... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/chiedi-ebay-di-intervenire-acquirenti?id=4701&st=3&pos=1&query=Chiedi%20a%20eBay%20di%20intervenire%20-%20acquirenti&intent=chiedi%20ad%20ebay&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1382
You can’t ask for a special home pickup service, you have to make do with whatever the seller sends you.
