I need to return a battery, it's not for my cell phone, how do I do it?

I bought a battery for a Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and I was sold a bn44 battery, but the phone actually takes a bn45. The advertising was misleading, how was I supposed to know which one it really needs... the guy who was supposed to replace it told me.
Now I’d like to get a refund, but I bought it as an unregistered user and deleted the email for my order. How do I return it? I bought it on May 4, received it at home on May 6.
Now I’ve registered on eBay, the payment is traceable and was made via Postepay. Shipping was free, but now how do I get the refund. I want to return it, it’s useless to me!
Can you help me, please.

Mentore2 years agoOnly with the email could they trace your order... but if you deleted it, you've already realized you made a mistake...
