I need to receive a working item back,

I need to receive a working item back, because the buyer claims with 2 screen photos ( distorted ) frequency... It doesn't work. Where I proved the opposite with a screen video with the card clearly visible in the video in operation, perfect audio and video. Despite this I accepted the return, because even with the evidence eBay usually supports this kind of refund.
The problem ( besides losing the €30 shipping ) is the cost of the return shipping.. another €30 .. which I do not intend to spend, since I clearly demonstrated that the item works, or that in any case it was working before the parcel and shipment. With date and time as well.
What should I do now ? If the days run out, do I risk that eBay refunds the buyer and also keeps the card ???

Mentore1 year agoYou have no real evidence to back up what you're saying.
You could have easily filmed one board’s behavior and then sent a different one, or the board could have broken during transport......
Ebay will not take your videos into consideration, it will decide based on the descriptions vs. the seller’s, and therefore based on the buyer’s word against yours. In cases like this, when there’s doubt, they always side with the buyer.
Since a claim of non-conformity has been made against you, if you don’t advance the return shipping costs by providing a label by the indicated date, ebay will refund the buyer and will not help you get the goods back. You always have the right to get them back, but you’ll have to handle it yourself, maybe by resorting to legal action.
Sorry, but unfortunately these are the rules that govern distance transactions (on any platform).

So, besides the fact that videos and photos are completely useless, don't beat around the bush and arrange pickup at your expense if you don't want to make a nice gift to the buyer.

I don’t have a printer...
Today I asked the buyer to tell me the price and I would have paid him directly via PayPal, but he keeps insisting on the label... Making the discussion difficult now... Abusing his protection ( maybe knowing that if the days run out ) he’ll have the money and still keep the card ... Really absurd.
If you kindly know the link to go to in order to make a label with a screenshot and then send it by SMS to the buyer? Thanks for the help

I don't get it... Any other solutions??
I reported to eBay that the buyer does not intend to cooperate with payment to him for the shipping and wants the label, which I explained that. I can't get it... But they haven't replied to me yet.

Mentore1 year agoIf in the procedure you have already confirmed that you can't provide a label, the system tells you that you don't have any return requests.
So you need to buy a new label directly from Packlink or whatever other method you prefer and remember to submit it in the procedure afterwards:

OP1 year agoHello, at the buyer’s suggestion I used UPS to place the return order with a label, I paid UPS with PayPal..
I then sent the label by screenshot via eBay SMS, the courier will come on April 1st to pick up the return.
Today eBay notifies me that the buyer is asking for help with a problem with the label, and with the payment for it!!!! Help me.... First he wouldn’t accept the money to make the payment and ship it himself, now that I’ve sent the label, he says there are problems with it.... Unbelievable. I sent the label screenshot and also the payment screenshot to UPS .
Can I stay calm?? Or do I risk losing: the item, the shipping costs there and back... Plus the money for the item paid by the buyer....... Thanks a lot ..

you need to send all the information via eBay chat... not via SMS!
If you contact the buyer through other channels, eBay can't verify anything!
